A Fine Oolong Tea: One of Taiwan’s finest Formosa Oolongs, this tea brews a beautiful cup of golden amber liquid. A smooth, medium-bodied tea with a subtle and natural honey sweetness and a hint of ripe fruit taste.
Preparation: Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 ounce cup. Heat freshwater until steam rises, 195 degrees. Steep 3 minutes for the first and second infusion and 4 to 5 minutes for additional infusions.
The young tea maker fell into a deep slumber while preparing green tea leaves, only to awake to the enchanting new creation of sweetly scented Formosa Oolong.
