Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is referred to as “semi-oxidized” tea and originates primarily in Taiwan and China. This semi-oxidation leads to a beautifully fruity tea that carries qualities of both black and green teas. Oolongs are always whole leaf teas. They contain a moderate amount of caffeine.
