Salts

All of our artisan salts have a very special flavor or quality in mind. All have origins from the sea, either having been hand-gathered directly from pure coastlines or drawn from unstained mountainous regions where ancient seabeds left mineral rich salt deposits.

Use of sea salts with brilliant flavor, texture and mouth-feel promotes use of less salt in your diet. Our specialty sea salts contain trace elements that are not available to us in other foods.
