A fine Samovar Blend Tsarina tea. Fashioned in the late 19th Century for the Czars of Russia, Siberian Delight is a time-honored and elegant blend of high-grown, superior Indian and Chinese black teas with a splash of jasmine dragon phoenix pearls (aka Freshwater Pearls).
Preparation: Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 ounce cup. Heat freshwater to 205 degrees and allow to steep for 2 – 4 minutes. Try with milk and crystal sugar.
Ingredients: Tippy Yunnan and Assam teas and hand-rolled jasmine infused green tea leaves (Freshwater Pearls).
