A true pick-me-up, black teas contain the highest amount of caffeine. These teas are subjected to the full fermentation process comprised of four steps - withering, rolling, fermenting, and firing (or drying). Black tea is the most popular tea in the western world. It’s known for its bold, full-bodied flavor.
  • Green Tea

Green tea also contains L-theanine, an amino acid which has been linked to increased focus and attentional processing.
  • White Tea
White tea is a rare and luxurious tea from China and India. These first-pick young buds are not allowed to green-up in the sun, therefore they have a silvery appearance and produce a light amber cup. White tea also contains L-theanine, an amino acid which has been linked to increased focus and attentional processing.
  • Oolong Tea
